With over 22 years of experience in information security, Martin Laberge is a recognized leader in the field of cybersecurity for critical infrastructure. Since 2020 he serves as the Executive Director and Chief Information Security Officer at Énergir, Quebec’s Natural Gas Distributor based in Montreal and operating in both Quebec and Vermont, where he oversees cybersecurity (IT/OT) for the entire company including Canadian and U.S. subsidiaries.

Goran Novkovic is an industrial cybersecurity and digital trust innovation advisor, specializing in critical infrastructure protection and supporting manufacturing sector in their transition toward more resilient and intelligent operations. He currently serves as Director of Industrial Cybersecurity at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). A licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada, Goran brings 25 years of experience in automation, control system engineering, digital transformation, and industrial cybersecurity. His expertise spans both public and private sectors, with a strong focus on critical infrastructure protection and major projects across North America and globally.

Dr. Karimipour is the Canada Research Chair in Secure and Resilient Cyber-physical System, director of SCPS Lab, and an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Software Engineering at the University of Calgary. Her research mainly focuses on intelligent AI-based monitoring and security analysis of critical infrastructure including large scale control systems and smart grids. The overall objective of her research is to investigate and overcome the challenges associated with the security, real-time monitoring and control of the large scale systems and smart grids using data analytics and machine learning techniques. She is a senior member of IEEE and IEEE Computer Society. She serves as the Chair of the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) and Chapter Chair of IEEE Information Theory in Kitchener-Waterloo section.
